Roof off. Summit Group in action.
New bedroom and E/S. Decorations is in a process. As you can see on a pictures bedrooms is quite similar to what we had at Holyport apart of door opening and tiles in a bathroom. Also we managed to fit shower and bath this time.
At the back of dormer we got Julian's balcony and one Velux window to get a light into staircase. (At Holyport we had just 3 Velux windows) On a ground floor we already completed side return and installation of Bi - folding doors is in a process.
We supplied and install new staircase to the loft.
Stairs to the loft
Also we provided and install lights in staircase from ground floor to the loft with a censor switches. So as you go up or down in a night time your way is always lit and you do need to look for a light switch. Specially it's very handy if some guests or family members is staying at your place and they did not used to all switches yet. Small detail like this can make a big impression on them.
Just straight after we completed Holyport project we been asked by neighbour on opposite side to start the same kind of house upgrade (loft, extension, full refurb) This two jobs were like twin brothers with little differents in details.
We done a loft, side return, fitted in 3 bathrooms, new boiler and Mega Flow, created extra space for ground floor toilet, we fitted in new kitchen, tiled floor, we done under floor heating in each room, we plastered and decorated each room in a house, also we changed all windows, doors, upgraded back and front garden.
After building work was completed house was rented out for ?4k/month. Before refurb tenants fee were around ?2k/month.
