We have extensive experience of working fabricators, architects and designers; so whatever your enquiry we will have a solution.
Our project is ground floor flat in 4 storey building. Before we start we had this lovely patio)) and French doors.
We had this "nice wide" steps to the garden. Girls on high hills watch out!
For safety reason we had to dig foundation pin by pin, meter by meter (like in a basement you can NOT go all in one go) Our new wall is build from reinforce waterproof concrete that joints with reinforce mesh in foundation.
We had to relocate main - hole.
We installed membrane on outside of our wall. Concrete we used is waterproofed so there’s no need for additional finishes or external membranes. However we decided "to go extra mile" and used fibre glass membrane on inside of our walls to completely prevent any possible damp.
Roof of our conservatory is double-glazed in aluminium frame with 2 air vents. Once we install roof we could carry on with work inside.
Yes we had snow that winter!))
We had plenty snow
We are going to remove this window and create new wider opening into kitchen from dinning area now.
Accurate calculation completed, shattering for new steps done. We need to think about rain water, get it away from our threshold. Modern channel best solution.
Shattering filled in with concrete and reinforce mesh now.
Now we can remove shattering and lay stone.
Nice and wide, lit limestone steps to you garden would be a wow factor for any guests or potential buyers (tenants)
New steps to new garden
We created new entrance to the back bedroom.
We were working on a clock in order to deliver best garden for best client in a Battersea.
It took more than 10 tonnes to level gardens walls!!!
When you choose an aluminium conservatory, particularly when combined with sliding or French doors, it can give your home a feeling of contemporary style.
Job completed and all summer ahead to enjoy new house and new garden.
As well as being a great investment, a conservatoy is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways of adding more space to your home.
Our project in Prince of Walles drive was not exception. After we build a wall and install conservatory we completely changed lay out of the flat. Before we had small kitchen and no dinning area. Before to access back bedroom you have to pass through the kithcen every time that is not ideal specially if it's shared property. We blocked door opening and created new opening into back bedroom from dinning room. We created nice dinning area (limestone and underfloor heating),
Also we completely upgraded garden. We rendered & painted walls, we layed lime stone patio, redwood decking. We created new wide steps to the garden with lights on each side. We separeted flowerbeds with wide garden wall/benches. We turn garden in Ideal place for party.
