We were delighted to step in and help these clients after their previous builder was unable to complete the project. When we took over, much of the original property had already been demolished, and our team were keen to guide the homeowners through what had become a challenging situation.
The result is an almost complete rebuild, set within the leafy Warren Estate in Wanstead. This impressive family home now features a spacious open plan kitchen and living area that flows seamlessly out to the garden, creating the perfect space for family life and entertaining.
The ground floor also includes a separate living room, a dedicated office, and an enviable utility and cloakroom.
Upstairs, the standout primary suite offers a generous dressing room and bathroom, with sliding doors that open onto beautiful views of the garden and Wanstead Golf Course. There are a further three bedrooms, an additional office, and two more bathrooms, all complemented by brand new heating and electrical systems and fully integrated air conditioning.
