Project Details

Location: Aldersbrook, Wanstead

For this project we built a side extension to create an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, a downstairs W.C and a large patio area back in 2019.

This house has plenty of beautiful, original features throughout, one of them being an ornate balcony on the first floor overlooking the garden. We removed the the balcony during the build and refurbished it and I’m sure you will agree, it’s just stunning. 

Fast forward to summer, 2021 and we returned to this beautiful,  family home to build a loft extension, complete with bespoke, eaves storage and a stylish ensuite.  The first floor hallway was decorated and bedroom doors replaced with fire doors sourced by the client to match those of the original house.

With beautiful design and decor  choices throughout, this family home is nothing short of spectacular and we throughly enjoyed working with the clients.

Summit have recently completed a kitchen extension for us and we are very happy with the result. The team were on site 6 days a week, here before 8am, going above and beyond keep the project on target. The team were lovely to work with and very respectful while we continued to live with our young kids in the house. They were committed to getting the project completed and took pride in their work. Julian made site visits on a regular basis and we talked through any concerns open and honestly.
