We are proud to introduce Jarek, Summit’s in-house architect, marking a significant evolution in our journey as a fully integrated Design & Build practice.
With almost 20 years of experience in UK residential architecture, Jarek specialises in thoughtfully designed homes, from refined extensions and open-plan living, to sensitive work within conservation areas and bespoke new builds. His work is defined by clarity, proportion and an understanding of how homes are lived in, not just how they look.
By bringing architectural expertise in-house, Summit now offers a more cohesive, considered approach, where design and construction are developed together from the outset.
