We are delighted to showcase our recently completed project in Buckhurst Hill. This remarkable property was almost completely demolished to allow for a fresh start.

This family home spans across four beautifully designed floors, with five expansive bedrooms with en-suites, an enviable utility room and luxurious home office. Each floor showcases contemporary finishes and meticulous attention to detail with striking, feature lighting tying it all together.

A significant highlight of this project is the lower ground floor, which features a fully equipped gym, cinema room, and an expansive entertainment space which leads on to the beautifully landscaped garden. With relaxation and recreation at the heart of this project, the garden boasts a large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, and well positioned seating areas.

Summit Building Group undertook the complete renovation of our existing house along with the installation of a new basement and swimming pool.
