We recently completed a transformative renovation in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, delivering a beautifully reimagined family home that now offers space, functionality and modern comfort throughout.

The works included converting the original kitchen into a bright and practical home office. A new extension at the rear of the property allowed us to create a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living area, perfectly suited to both everyday family life and entertaining.

In addition to the open plan space, the ground floor now benefits from a dedicated playroom and a well equipped utility room with side access, all seamlessly integrated into the layout. Taking advantage of the home’s sloped plot, we were able to include a patio area outside the main extension, with steps leading down to the garden.

As part of the works, the entire house underwent a significant upgrade. This included a new heating system, updated wiring, and a  new ensuite on the first floor. The front garden was also completely refreshed, adding a new driveway, steps and planters, enhancing the property’s kerb appeal.
