It was a true privilege to work on this exceptional period property in Chigwell, Essex. From the outset, our clients brought not only an exciting vision but also a collaborative spirit that made the journey a pleasure from start to finish.
Our works included the construction of a striking double-storey extension, together with the demolition and rebuild of the existing garage, now complete with smart lighting, underfloor heating, and a contemporary finish.
The heart of the home is a vast open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, featuring a bespoke entertainment unit and expansive crittall style glazing that opens seamlessly onto the gardens.
Upstairs, we created a new master suite with a walk-in dressing room, generous ensuite, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and landscaped grounds. The pool house was fully rebuilt and now boasts a large kitchen/bar, shower and changing facilities, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining. In addition, another outhouse was remodelled to provide a light filled home office, bathroom, and fully equipped gym.
High-end products and finishes were used throughout, from bespoke carpentry and luxury fittings to the latest smart technologies, ensuring a standard of quality that elevates every space. Combined with beautifully landscaped gardens, the result is a home that is as impressive as it is welcoming.
