Location: Rutland Road, Wanstead
At this property we built an open plan ground floor rear extension with internal alterations to create a large sociable space. We added under floor heating, a new heating system, smart lighting and designed the bespoke carpentry.
A patio and decking were added to the rear garden to complete the ground floor. We then transformed one of the first floor bedrooms into a home gym.
Danny and Ava were a pleasure to work with and their well thought out decisions on the fixtures, fittings and decor creates real ‘wow’ factor for their home.
