Location: Snaresbrook, London
For this Snaresbrook project, we built a front and rear extension, converted the existing garage into an office, built a utility room, ground floor shower room and renovated the property from top to bottom.
Underfloor heating was installed throughout the ground floor, providing evenly distributed heat, whilst keeping the walls free of radiators.
Our carpentry team were kept busy with this project. Under our clients direction, we designed and built a variety of bespoke storage solutions, including a walk in wardrobe, a spacious larder, standard wardrobes, shelving units and cupboards.
Outside, we designed and landscaped the front and rear gardens. Building a spacious, raised patio area to the rear with built in planters and cedar wood fencing.

Summit helped us to complete a whole-house renovation including a front, rear extension, and garage conversion. We liked the fact that Summit had their own electrician, plumber, plasterer, painter, carpenter etc who all contributed and produced an amazing final product (many visitors have commented on the quality of the finish!).
We felt so lucky to have the Summit team complete the initial planned works that we decided midway through to make use of the skills at our disposal and extend the scope of work to include the front and back gardens for a complete renovation which turned out the right decision. We have no regrets at all and would recommend Summit without hesitation.
