Project Details

Location: Sydenham, London

At this Victorian renovation project in Sydenham, we extended the family home, to make space for an open plan kitchen/diner and added a small W.C. A patio was built to the rear and a new lawn laid in the garden.

An internal window was placed between the rear reception and the extension, which is not only a beautiful feature, but it also increases the natural light to both areas.

The first floor bathroom was replaced, along with the downstairs flooring.
