It was a privilege to work on this beautiful Edwardian, family home. From the outset, our clients were a pleasure to work with, bringing not only a clear vision but also an exceptional eye for interiors that helped elevate the final result.

Our works included the construction of a full length side extension, creating a spacious kitchen, dining area, utility room, pantry, and cloakroom. We also completed a loft conversion to provide a new master suite, comprising a bedroom, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, balcony, and storage.

Throughout the property, we undertook bespoke carpentry, including built in wardrobes and wall panelling designed in close collaboration with our clients.

The project combined the character of the original Edwardian structure with the demands of modern living seamlessly, with high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout.

We are extremely pleased with all the work that Summit has carried out for us. This comprised of a full length side extension housing a new kitchen, dining room, utility, pantry and cloakroom. Plus loft conversion, with master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, balcony and storage. The work was completed to an exceptional standard and the workmen were all very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

The whole Summit team were an absolute pleasure to work with from the builders, to the carpenters, plumbers, electricians and decorators, all could not do enough to make sure they achieved what we wanted. That included sorting out any snagging in a timely manner without question.

The finished work was of the highest quality and attention to detail, the carpenters especially did a fantastic job on our built in wardrobes and wall panelling following my design requests.

The team were always on site first thing and worked very hard, 6 days a week. They were polite and respectful of neighbours and our property.
