Location: Wanstead, London

For this impressive project in Wanstead, we extended the loft, adding two bedrooms and two bathrooms, extended the ground floor, creating a huge, open plan living space, a utility room, W.C and cloak room.

The property was renovated from top to bottom and beautiful, smart lighting installed throughout.

A master bedroom suite was created on the first floor. This consisted of a generous en-suite, walk in wardrobe and a bespoke bar area with a coffee machine, boiling water tap and mini fridge.

To the rear, we built a spacious outhouse complete with a gym, sauna and shower room. The perfect space for our clients to unwind away from the main house.

We insulated the external walls, adding a pre coloured, silicone render, creating a seamless, modern finish to the property.

Last but not least, we added a resin bound driveway and flower beds, ensuring fantastic curb appeal for this vast project.

Summit Building Company undertook a complete renovation of our semi-detached house, including a loft extension, partial rear extension, creation of a front porch, installation of a number of structural beams and more.
