This remarkable property underwent an extensive, full house renovation that reimagined every inch of the home inside and out. What began as a dated property has now been transformed into a modern, spacious family residence designed for comfort, functionality, and elevated living.
Across three floors, the home now boasts five beautifully finished bedrooms, including three luxurious en-suites and a primary suite featuring its own dressing room. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light, comfort, and long-term practicality.
To enhance family living, we introduced a range of new lifestyle spaces, including a dedicated home office, a stylish snug, a well equipped games room, and a generous utility room.
The rear of the property was completely reimagined with a substantial extension, opening up the living areas and strengthening the indoor/outdoor connection. Outside, the garden was redesigned to include an outhouse, hot tub zone and dining areas. The perfect garden for an all season relaxing and entertaining.
Inside the home, we installed a high efficiency heating and plumbing system, along with extensive feature and mood lighting to elevate the ambience in each room. Every detail from bespoke carpentry to premium finishes were considered and crafted by our in house team.

Summit undertook an extensive renovation and rebuild of our home, including roof replacement, rear and front extensions, full interior refurbishment, new floors, walls, electrics and plumbing. The property has been transformed into a beautifully finished Edwardian-style, five-bedroom house with en-suites, covering a 4,000sq ft project over 3 floors. Externally, they landscaped the entire garden, built a new outbuilding, created patio areas and reconfigured the front drive.
